Argilio Rodriguez is widely recognized for successfully handling high-stakes, complex litigation, in labor & employment (defense), commercial litigation, liquor licensing, and other areas, in federal and state courts. He has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine in 2015 and 2016 in Labor & Employment Litigation (Defense) and has served as a panel speaker at a Continuing Legal Education Seminar hosted by the NYC Bar Association entitled Opening a Restaurant in New York City: Legal Issues Bootcamp.
Martin E. Restituyo is a graduate of Queens College (B.A., Triple Major: Political Science, Latin American Studies, and Anthropology, 1998), Hofstra University School of Law (J.D. 2002), and Hofstra University, Frank G. Zarb School of Business (M.B.A., Finance, 2005). Outside of work, Mr. Restituyo served as President of his co-op board from 2008 – 2013, has served on the boards of the Dominican Bar Association and Alianza Dominicana, Inc., and has served as a member of Community Board 12 in Manhattan.
Since joining the team in 2016, Melissa has played an integral part in streamlining our administrative office systems and improving our communications with our clients. Her calming demeanor is a huge asset when time-sensitive matters arise and her meticulous nature is a strength when dealing with the details of each case. Ms. Guerra is fluent in Spanish and previously worked as a receptionist and secretary in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
